These are cynically designed to take advantage of the known association of Carlton Ware with Harrods. Marked with the script mark as shown inset.
We have seen quite a few of these appear on eBay recently. Best to avoid.

These figures are thought to be made from an original Carlton Ware mould from World War Two.
CW3 experts believe that originals were never produced due to wartime restrictions. If it had gone into production the head would most likely have been articulated.

These items have started to appear for sale recently.
New teapots are being made by the owner of the Carlton Ware name, Frank Salmon. However this is not one of them. This is easy to tell because it carries the fake Crown Mark with the addition of LTD.
